Ryan Moser
President/CTO
As President & CTO of MTi Systems, Ryan sets the company’s technical vision and leads its execution. He is a technology executive who bridges venture-backed startup velocity with mission-first national security outcomes. His background spans commercial R&D, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and Special Operations, where he has delivered cloud and edge platforms, real-time data systems, resilient communications, and commercial AI capabilities designed to perform in real-world environments. Ryan holds patents in edge computing and artificial intelligence, and advises on strategic technology and national security priorities.
Timothy Van Name
Strategic Advisor
Tim Van Name is a distinguished professional and has worked with the United States Department of Defense, served as Deputy Director of White House IT, and held the role of Command Technology Officer for US Army Special Operations. He holds a Master of Science in Scientific Threat Response Management and studied cyber warfare, computer engineering, and cyber defense at the Naval Postgraduate School. As a strategic advisor to MTi Systems, Tim contributes his vast expertise to shape the company's direction, ensuring its continued success in delivering mission-critical solutions.
